Breast Enlargement in a Syringe
Shape Clinic was the first in Australia to perform this exciting treatment – a new generation soft tissue filler that gracefully reshapes large areas of the body in much the same way we restore volume to the ageing face.
The ‘Mac” filler is a non surgical treatment which can resculpt and volumise buttocks, calves – even add muscle definition. But so far its greatest appeal has been for women seeking an instant “boob job” in a syringe.
The Mac filler is a temporary but attractive alternative for women who are not yet ready or willing to undergo breast surgery. It can be used to increase breast size by up to one and a half cup sizes as well as restore lost volume and shape due to pregnancy or ageing.
Mac was first released on the market in Europe in 2007 and has proved very popular as a non surgical procedure with little downtime. It is yet to be approved by the TGA in Australia, but once approved it is expected to have great appeal as a treatment for various cosmetic and reconstructive procedures.
Dr Liew conducted the first Mac-filler treatment in Australia as part of a trial process in 2008. During the trial Dr Liew performed the procedure on a female patient seeking a small increase to the size of her breasts which had lost shape and fullness following pregnancy.
Mac filler is composed of naturally occurring sugar chains, almost identical to those that we have in our body.
At Shape our mantra is: “Everybody will notice, no-one will know”.
