Brachioplasty Sydney

About the treatment

As we age or have repeated weight fluctuations, this can lead to excess skin hanging from the upper arms due to a loss of elasticity. Brachioplasty removes the extra skin and fat from the underside of the arms which can be otherwise unresponsive to exercise.

What to expect from Brachioplasty Surgery

An upper arm lift (Brachioplasty)–generally combined with liposuction—reshapes the skin underneath the upper arm, giving a firmer and more toned appearance. The incision is placed in the armpit (short scar) or along the back of the arm, depending on the severity of the excess skin.

The Procedure Overview:

  • Procedure time: 2 hours
  • Downtime required: 10 days
