This 37 year old mother, requested breast enlargements to “give her some boobs”, that had "gone" from pregnancies . She did not want big breasts. C cup breasts were created with round implants to provide some moderate fullness to the upper pole and improve the overall flatness to the chest creating a better breast shape.
