This 38 year old female said “I have a bony chest. There is nothing on top”. We wanted to increase her breast size from an A cup to C cup to complement her tall frame. She wanted them to be “very natural” and “some cleavage will be nice”.
This lady has a long, lean body and chest shape. To improve her “bony chest" as well as enhancing her breasts, a long and extra projected teardrop shaped implant was used in this case. In the after picture, you can see a well enhanced breast shape, from A to C cup, complementing her lean body frame and masking the underlying bony chest. NB A round implant would not be optimal to meet this request.
