Breast Implant - small and proportionate enlargement

This 29 year old female liked the shape of her breasts, and just wanted them fuller. 

She has a long and lean body shape. It is important that any breast implants used should maintain that beautiful lean body appearance. We undertook a small and proportionate enlargement from B cup to C cup with moderate profile round implants, creating soft and natural looking breasts. The new breasts further enhanced her lean and long petite body frame.
