This lady had virtually no breast tissue apart from skin and some muscle covering her rib cage. As a result, her breast and body exhibited a lack of female form. Breast enhancement in this case involved the use of a 280gm tall tear drop implant to recreate the breast shape, and to match her long chest. The end result is a full B cup as requested.
