This lady has long boxy chest. She has AA cup breast. A 270 gm tear drop implant was chosen to give her the look requested. The after photo shows the transformation following surgery from A cup to full B cup. In addition to the larger breast cup, the appearance of the chest and body has been improved from a boxy look to that of a slimmer overall body appearance.
