This patient presented an unnatural bulging of the upper part of her breast, (Snoopy nose deformity) from previous breast implant surgery performed elsewhere.
Revision breast implant and breast lift surgery was performed, creating a more natural and beautifully shaped breast. The nipple was conservatively lifted via a semicircle incision on the top half of areola. The scar at six weeks is still slightly red which will improve in a few more months.
