After completing her Bachelor of Nursing in 2017, Michaela built her career within operating theatres, gaining extensive experience in perioperative care. She joined Shape Clinic in 2023, bringing with her a strong foundation in surgical nursing and a genuine passion for patient wellbeing.
In 2024, Michaela completed her Master of Nursing (Perioperative Practice) and became qualified as a Perioperative Nurse Surgical Assistant (PNSA), allowing her to assist Specialist Plastic Surgeons directly in theatre. Outside of Shape, she continues to work in operating theatres, continually expanding her knowledge of anatomy and surgical technique.
